Flexana ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Flexana mobile application — a yoga and Reformer Pilates class booking platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, and safeguard your personal data when you use our app.

Personal identifiers (name, phone, email) are hashed using SHA-256 before being transmitted to any analytics or advertising service — meaning the raw values never leave your device in plain text.
Flexana integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Crash and analytics data may be retained in anonymized form for up to 24 months.
